s/y SYLPHE: Classic Yacht Charters/Holidays

*** There is always MORE ***

With sincere apologies to all people that have visited the website in the last period. There were no updates. SORRY, but now you have a chance to catch up with my life, what Sylphe has been up to and what exciting plans we have in store. See my absence as a sabbatical period, after all, after 9 years on Sylphe I needed a break and a change.
Believe me or not, for most of you my life over the last 9 years looks like living the perfect dream, and do not get me wrong, IT WAS. But even dreams become a drag if you live them every day. So, I went off and did something different, you can read it all in the Telltales.

In the mean time I have come to my senses and have returned to doing what I am doing best at: sailing, wooden boats and making the dream of every one come true, just follow the stories or even better come and join this trip.

Being the year 2010, it is now more than 10 years that I have owned Sylphe, time to celebrate and enjoy this remarkable era.

sailing is senstation............

Above picture was taken in the summer of 2007, beginning of September, sailing from Siros to Kithnos, in the famous Cycladen of Greece. The German boat that we chased for 3 hours and changed from a little speck on the horizon to a boat that we passed by and left behind, took these pictures and came to us in port to graciously offer them to us.

The season 2007 was spent in the area that the skipper loves the best: Greece and Turtkey. And it was a great summer, if you want to read about what all happened that summer (or any other year for that matter), just turn to the page TELLTALES on your left and read all about the adventures, plenty of pictures there as well to give you impressions of what a holiday on Sylphe is like.

For details about chartering, the yacht, its skipper and the area where Sylphe will sail in 2010, just choose a button on the left. Hope to see you soon onboard.
